Tianjin TSR Import&Export Co., Ltd. was founded in year 2015,our mainly products: dining chair/table,coffee table,office chair,plastic chair,etc,the former is a small manufactory work since year 2006,at that year we had about 7 employees,everything is difficult when start,but it is half success as we says,after that we growing fast every year. Then We start have our own export department-Tianjin tsr import&export co., ltd, with 2 export sales man in 2015,along with developing the exhibition help us a lot,guangzhou CIFF exhibition,shanghai FURNITURE CHINA (SNIEC)and IMM COLOGNE we all attend to the show. Step by step we received more customers from Europe: Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Netherland, Poland, Ireland, French, Denmark etc, North America: America,Canada,Mexico,Panama,South America:Colombia,Venezuela,Brazil,Chili,Argentina etc, it is our main market above,and more like Russia,Australia,Malaysia etc we also have customer cooperation.

Our Team

Team one

introduce for our products and explain for the question from customer. negotiate with customer about orders including: samples,colors,quantity,payment,shipping mark,delivery, further details questions and the documents after loading.

Team two

quality control,after order into the production,they will double confirm the colors,quantity, leading time and some other details.in the production time, they need take first product from order, assembled, to check everything correct. Before loading,some percentage quantity of the order need be inspection,for sure the cargo will be arrive to customer warehouse in perfectly situation.

Team three

after sale,deal with the feedback from customer once there any defects found. And Customer satisfaction survey.
